• Organization and employee data: company name, employee names, contact details, positions, reliability scores, and shift assignments that you import or create.

• Communications: support messages, emails, and feedback you send us.
• Documents: certifications, resumes, and IDs you upload to the document hub.

We use personal data to:

• Create and manage your account and provide the Service.

6. SMS / text messaging

FillYourShift sends optional transactional account notifications on behalf of staffing agencies. These may include confirmed-shift reminders, changes or cancellations to assigned shifts, document or certification expiration notices, and worker account-status updates. This SMS program does not send open-shift invitations, solicitations, or marketing messages.

• No sharing of mobile numbers: we do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on account activity, up to 10 messages per month.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, YES to resume, or HELP for help. You may also ask your employer or contact us to be removed.
• Data collected: mobile phone number, message content, delivery status, and timestamps, retained as an audit record for the staffing agency.
• Processor: SMS messages are transmitted by Twilio, acting as our subprocessor solely to deliver the messages.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@fillyourshift.com.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
