Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FillYourShift website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are contracting with Forge Patriot LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account registration and security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, to interfere with the security or availability of the Service, or to attempt to circumvent any access controls or usage limits. We may suspend or terminate access for any material breach or security risk.

4. Intellectual property

Forge Patriot LLC owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms and your selected plan.

5. Payment and subscription terms

The Service is offered on a per-seat subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance according to the plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing period. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Payment processing, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refunds are handled securely through Stripe and the FillYourShift billing portal.

6. Payment processing

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You can manage payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellations from your account billing settings, or by contacting support@fillyourshift.com.

7. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for non-payment, material breach of these Terms, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete or retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior six months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or data, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
