No. Workers receive shift invites and reminders by SMS and email, and can respond through a simple link — no app install required.
How does the reliability score work?
Every employee is scored from 0 to 100 based on their invite acceptance and attendance history, including late arrivals and no-shows. You see the score before you send the invite.
When do shift reminders go out?
Automatically, 2 hours before each shift starts, via both SMS and email. There's nothing to schedule manually.
Can workers opt out of text messages?
Yes. SMS consent is optional, workers can reply STOP at any time, and email continues to work regardless.
How long does setup take?
